Siloam Springs, AR: The Online Market is Open!
Thank you to everyone who came out to our Kids Day this past Saturday! As warm as it was, it’s getting even hotter this week! Want to beat the heat? Check out all of our vendors’ products online in the comfort of your AC then pick up your orders this Saturday!
GFM : Why ?
ENSURE FRESHNESS
Did you know that pre-ordering right here on line, makes it easier for you to ensure that you are getting the freshest that the vendors is providing for Saturdays Market ? Also, the convenience of ensuring that the vendor’s have not sold out of that one item you came to the market to get.
It also helps out each vendor by making sure they don’t overbake or over pick a particular produce item. Taking home items that don’t get sold on market day, means vendors have to go home and can or freeze items. I know my husband complains about eating sweets I didn’t sell….lol. He loves it….I know he does, but he really does eat to many sweets. I’m sure many of you understand what I’m saying.
So help us out, pre-order so vendors can put your name on exactly what you are looking for, and they won’t sell out before you get here.
SORRY SOLD OUT

Martin's Farmstand: U-pick berries today
We are opening for you u-pick strawberries today starting at 7 am. There are quite a few ripe berries to pick today but the floodgate of the main strawberry season has not opened yet. We picked about 500 quarts on Saturday and it looks about the same for today. The next u-pick after today will be on Wednesday starting at 2 pm. (THERE IS NO PICKING ON WEDNESDAY MORNING) There will be picked berries on the stand but the supply is likely to only last part of the day today. Tuesday morning we expect to see more picked berries from the other local no-spray growers in our network of growers. (It takes more than one family to grow the produce the stand needs) Daniel

CLG: OPENING BELL: blueberries, beets, milk!
I hope you had a great weekend.
We are still looking for a couple volunteers to add to our list. Volunteers get $20 market credit PLUS first dibs on the extras table! You tell us which Fridays you are available, and we add you to our schedule.
When you check out, please consider adding your credit card to your account so charges can be made automatically after you pick up on Friday (adjustments are made for any extras or shorts). This makes for a speedy check out process, and our life much easier too!
We will still be accepting cash, checks, and cards at the markets. Card transactions at the market will now be charged a 3% convenience charge (same as online) to cover the transaction costs.
Thank you so much for understanding and for your continued support of local growers! Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Just a few reminders:
-email [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering at CLG!
-if you order milk, select W/EXCHANGE if you are bringing a bottle back. Otherwise, select W/DEPOSIT
-tell your friends about CLG!
