Thank you for choosing Northeast Georgia Locally Grown as a way to support your local producers. This online farmers market allows you to buy directly from multiple farms committed to chemical-free and local produce all year long! CHEMICAL-FREE means produce and pastures grown without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides. LOCAL means within 80 miles from the market pickup locations (usually much much closer). Do you know someone who grows chemical-free food in the area? Get them in touch with us. Know someone who wants fresh food? Spread the word. Put the two together, and that’s growing organically!

PICKUP TIME is Wednesday from 5-6:30 p.m.

If you do not get an email ORDER CONFIRMATION right after you order then your order is NOT complete. Log back in and your order might still be there waiting for you to check out! If you have any trouble or questions at all, we are here to help; simply reply to this email.

COVID19: Thanks for recognizing we can all do our part in operating in the safest way possible. Be on the lookout for the order reminder email with any changes to pickup or ways you can help minimize risk for our volunteers and each other. Thanks for your support!

Martin's Farmstand:  Fiddle heads and mushrooms at Martins

The farm stand is open this afternoon from 12:30- 5 pm. Spring is here and we have received some much needed rain! ( don’t complain too much about the rain to me!) Peter is out harvesting fresh garlic scallions, overwintered spinach, kale and chives. Garrison just brought 10 lbs of wildcrafted fiddleheads, Leeks and 9 pints of his homegrown shitake mushrooms. There is another batch of green lettuce heads ready for harvest in the greenhouse. There are lots of eggs available (both chicken and duck eggs) All these goodies are at the stand for you today.
The asparagus is up and just waiting for a few warmer days. I am expecting that the first harvest should be by sometime later next week. At that point the stand will start summer hours. They are 10 am-6 pm Mon- Sat. Daniel

Champaign, OH:  Thank You!

Order now through 7 am Friday April 30th for April 30th-May 1st Pickup, or tell me when you want to pick up, we have flexibility, I just prefer to harvest early in the day so things are fresh and not all wilted so it is best to get your order in the day before you want to pick up.

We Are Flexible, TELL ME if you want to make special arrangements for produce, I am open and willing especially now. I just need to know the day before so I can harvest anything that needs early morning handling and I like to know when to expect people to show up.

Remember to tell me when you want to pick up! (and if I don’t reply to confirm within a day, bump my e-mail or text me 407-342-8515. Though I have cleaned up my e-mail so hopefully I won’t Miss Anyone.)
