Opening a bit late…. It has been a week! So much to do, it’s hard to get ahead. But that’s life on a farm :)
Hoping the weather stabilizes a bit here soon so we can open the stand back fully. Once we do, there will be canned items, honey, teas, baked items, and more during the week. If you ever need eggs, remember those are at the stand in a cooler available any time!

McColloms Market:  March Market is Now Closed

Hi All:

The Market is now closed. Pick up will be on Friday from 4:30 onward. The orders will be on my front porch at the new house – 112 Shepard Ave. (right next to the old house.)

This is a pickup reminder for those of you who ordered this week. Thank you for your order! You can pick up your order from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. today at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 925 Mitchell Street in Conway.

Even if you didn’t make an order, you can come by to shop the EXTRAS table.

If something comes up that you cannot personally pick up your order today, please contact someone to pick up for you.

Remember to bring any glass jars or egg cartons you got from CLG, and bags for ordered items. Reduce, reuse, recycle! See you this afternoon.

GFM :  Spring and Mothers Day

This years physical market will open May 7, at 9 am with our Mothers Day Celebration.

Come join us and welcome back regular vendors as well as new vendors with the market.

And for goodness sake….Everyone please, THINK SPRING. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING OLD FRIENDS AND MAKING NEW ONES.

If anyone wants Regular Chives, I have those as well as little chive seedlings available. If there is demand I can list them for you. Also available but not listed are Dill seedlings and curly Parsley seedlings.

I’ve adjusted the regular ordering window a little bit to account for when we are packing up the Restaurant orders. So order now through Thursday 8am for Friday-Sunday pickup.

I may still be able to take orders after Thursday Morning but can’t guarantee availability of things as I may have already packed them for the Restaurants.
Ordering window is Monday Afternoon through Thursday Morning and pick up will be Friday-Sunday by appointment until we expand more, Please indicate when you would like to pick up when you place your order.

Remember to tell me when you want to pick up! (and if I don’t reply to confirm within a day, bump my e-mail or text me 407-342-8515. Though I have cleaned up my e-mail so hopefully I won’t Miss Anyone.)

We have Garlic!…added by Walker Cabin Farm. She always has baked goods, and is especially known for her English muffins and garlic pretzel twists, but is offering her garlic for now as well – lucky us!

The garlic is a softneck variety with a mild flavor that becomes a little stronger with storage. The bulbs typically have at least a dozen cloves. Walker Cabin Farm isn’t certified organic, but they don’t use pesticides and fertilize the garlic only with compost.
