Statesboro Market2Go: Market2Go Pickup!
MARKET PICKUP THURSDAY!
DRIVE-THROUGH HOURS Pickup hours for the Market2Go in Statesboro have changed!! Drive through hours at the Statesboro Convention and Visitors Bureau (SCVB) are now from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Thursday.
STATESBORO – THURSDAY Drive Through at SCVB starts at 4:00.
- Last names A – L 4:00 pm — 5:00 pm
- Last names M – Z 5:00 pm — 6:00 pm
SYLVANIA – THURSDAY Pickup at Victory Gardens General Store
- All Sylvania customers 4:00 pm — 5:00 pm
Want to change your pickup time? Pickup times are established and changed in response to weekly sales volume and available volunteer hours. We will have help available this week between 4 and 6 to assemble your orders and bring them out to your vehicles; however, we can accommodate a few early or late orders with advance notice. To change your slot or request early or late pickup, please text 912.481.2263 with your ORDER NAME and the TIME you want to pick up.
Remember! When you head out to your pickup location, be sure to take a mask, a placard with your order name(s), and appropriate containers for your food.
THE DRIVE-THROUGH PROCEDURE in Statesboro.
- Drive to the right (counter clockwise) all the way around the SCVB, keeping to the outer perimeter and maintaining a tight queue. A volunteer will check you in as you come around the far side of the building.
- Please display the name(s) for your order(s) on a windshield placard to assist in quick and safe check-in.
- Please wear a mask while communicating with market staff.
- Provide access to your vehicle and to the containers you want loaded (bags, boxes, bins or coolers); unlock the back door or the trunk, with containers inside.
- We recommend that you bring a cooler for transporting meat, dairy and perishable items. Ice cream melts, even in a short car trip, and our fresh non-homogenized milk is temperature sensitive.
- Wait in your car for the runner to come out with your order and load into your containers. Make sure your name placard is visible.
- If you did not prepay on line with a debit or credit card, please make a check for exact amount when your order is delivered. (You may pay cash in exact amount, but any “change” from cash received will be credited to your account. Use an envelope to label the cash payment with your order name.)
PICKUP for SYLVANIA CUSTOMERS.
Pickup is across the street from the Victory Gardens General Store. Please remain in your car until volunteers bring your order, and wear a mask when interacting with volunteers. We recommend that you bring a cooler for transporting meat, dairy and perishable items.
HOME DELIVERY CUSTOMERS.
Orders will be delivered between 2:00 and 5:00 by Boro Takeout. You will receive a notice when your driver is on the way. We recommend you leave a cooler at the front door (or your designated delivery location) to facilitate no-contact delivery and to keep perishable food safe.
EBT CUSTOMERS.
Right now we can scan EBT/SNAP cards only at the Statesboro pickup location. So, if you have ordered online with the intent to pay with your EBT card, you’ll need to come to the Statesboro Drive Through at the Convention and Visitors Bureau between 3:30 and 6:30. Email or text us in advance so we can calculate your bonus dollars and the amount to be charged to your card.

Champaign, OH: Get It Before It’s Gone!
Champaign Berry just let me know that they will be set up with their late season sweet corn, tomorrow, at market pick up!
It will be the last time, until next year, so grab it while you can!
4pm-6pm!
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
Champaign, OH: Thank You!
Just a note of thanks to all who ordered, again, this week, and making it another super market week!!
I have added a Holiday Section for vendors who will be offering gift sets, and such, as special holiday items!
We will also be adding Market Gift Certificates to the Holiday Section making it even easier to give the gift of local!
I had hoped to have a holiday open house for the market, this year, but that will not be happening, due to the ongoing Covid situation. I also encourage you to holiday shop in our Artisans Gallery for unique gifts.
One last thing…if you shopped from the market, last week, I am running the payments, today. We are implementing a new POS system but it’s taking longer to complete inputting of customer names! So, do not be alarmed, the payments do not reflect this week’s market!
As always, I love you all more than words can say!
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
The Cumming Harvest - Closed: Cooler weather is here to stay
Good morning everyone,
We hope everyone had an amazing week!
Looks like the cooler weather is here to stay. Leaves start to fall and new items are hitting the market.
Don’t forget to pick up your items the week you order them, to avoid a five dollar holding fee. This fee will be applied 2 weeks in a row, and if you do not pick up on the second week we will donate the items to Meals By Grace.
And remember the market hours are from 10 AM until 12 noon sharp.
As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Market News
We’ve had several people ask us about providing a smaller, more-specific time window for delivery, and we want you to know that it is something we are actively working on. We’ve done several test runs, and we’re expecting to roll it out over the next few weeks. We really appreciate all of your support as we fine tune our market, and we look forward to improving things as we learn.
Please remember as you order that per the POA’s instructions, we cannot leave your food unattended. If you need us to deliver to your neighbor or slip your order inside your house, please be sure to tell us in the comments so we can make sure your order gets to you safely!
If you have other suggestion about how we can continue to make deliveries without being able to leave products unattended, we’d love to hear them. We’re still developing the best ways to get your orders to you, and we welcome any of your ideas.
As always, if you enjoy being a member of Big Canoe Harvest, tell your friends! The more the market grows, the more additional vendors and products we’ll be able to include. As always, your feedback help shapes the market. Let us know what you think about the Big Canoe Harvest products.
Have a wonderful week, and we’ll see you Saturday!
