Want to change your pickup time? Pickup times are established and changed in response to weekly sales volume and available volunteer hours. We will have help available this week between 4 and 6 to assemble your orders and bring them out to your vehicles; however, we can accommodate a few early or late orders with advance notice. To change your slot or request early or late pickup, please text 912.481.2263 with your ORDER NAME and the TIME you want to pick up.

Remember! When you head out to your pickup location, be sure to take a mask, a placard with your order name(s), and appropriate containers for your food.

THE DRIVE-THROUGH PROCEDURE in Statesboro.

  • Drive to the right (counter clockwise) all the way around the SCVB, keeping to the outer perimeter and maintaining a tight queue. A volunteer will check you in as you come around the far side of the building.
  • Please display the name(s) for your order(s) on a windshield placard to assist in quick and safe check-in.
  • Please wear a mask while communicating with market staff.
  • Provide access to your vehicle and to the containers you want loaded (bags, boxes, bins or coolers); unlock the back door or the trunk, with containers inside.
  • We recommend that you bring a cooler for transporting meat, dairy and perishable items. Ice cream melts, even in a short car trip, and our fresh non-homogenized milk is temperature sensitive.
  • Wait in your car for the runner to come out with your order and load into your containers. Make sure your name placard is visible.
  • If you did not prepay on line with a debit or credit card, please make a check for exact amount when your order is delivered. (You may pay cash in exact amount, but any “change” from cash received will be credited to your account. Use an envelope to label the cash payment with your order name.)

PICKUP for SYLVANIA CUSTOMERS.
Pickup is at the Victory Gardens General Store. Please remain in your car until volunteers bring your order, and wear a mask when interacting with volunteers. We recommend that you bring a cooler for transporting meat, dairy and perishable items.

HOME DELIVERY CUSTOMERS.
Orders will be delivered between 2:00 and 5:00 by Boro Takeout. You will receive a notice when your driver is on the way. We recommend you leave a cooler at the front door (or your designated delivery location) to facilitate no-contact delivery and to keep perishable food safe.

EBT CUSTOMERS.
Right now we can scan EBT/SNAP cards only at the Statesboro pickup location. So, if you have ordered online with the intent to pay with your EBT card, you’ll need to come to the Statesboro Drive Through at the Convention and Visitors Bureau between 4:00 and 6:00. Email or text us in advance so we can calculate your bonus dollars and the amount to be charged to your card.

Statesboro Market2Go:  Can you help tomorrow?

Can you help tomorrow? We’re a little short on helping hands at the market this week. We could use two or three volunteers in the morning, 10:30 to 12:30, to help unload vendors and sort products into customer orders; and another two or three volunteers in the afternoon, 4:00 – 6:00, to assemble orders and take them out to customers in the drive through.

If you can help, text Relinda at 912.481.2263 with your name and available hours. Thanks for whatever you can do!

Champaign, OH:  Thank you, Thank you!

Good morning, lovely market customers, and a HUGE thank you, for another amazing week of sales!!

If you are new to us, the market pick up is on Thursdays, at the farm of Oakview Farm Meats, 4pm-6pm!

Or, you can have a Friday pick up, at the farm, 10am-12pm!

If you are a customer through Clem and Thyme, we will deliver your order by 1pm, on Fridays, to their lovely farm offices in Yellow Springs!

You may also call me to put your card number on file! It helps in our ongoing efforts to keep everything contactless. Once your number is in the system, you will not need to call it in, again!

If you are paying by check, please make it out to, Oakview Farm Meats! If paying in cash, please place in a ziplock bag with your name!

If you are a customer through Clem and Thyme, we do need your card information as this is the only form of payment through that portion of the market!

My number is 937-926-4833!

Once again, we all thank you, kindly, for your continued support!

XOXO,
Cosmic Pam

Miami County Locally Grown:  Oh the joys of life

It’s the little things that truly make you happy… Every single customer picking up on time, simple Thank You’s and general Kindness, people who are as excited about a fridge as you are, empty appliances at the end of the night (because you didn’t forget to give Ron his eggs or Sue her pie), a husband who has dinner ready when you get home late, kids who warm your lap while they help you eat what was supposed to be your dinner… What a fantastic day! Thank you!

And I have delicious news to share! Mucci’s Sweet Treats brought back some seasonal favorites, including her Gourmet Mint Brownies and delicate Pizzelles, but only for a limited time!

And The Farmhouse Bakery added Brand New Goodies to the Market this week, including Cookies and Cream Pop Tarts, Amish Fry Pies, and Macaroons! Wow!
