Yalaha, FL:  Same as last week.

Market Open But we have only limited stuff in summer.

Will start trying to harvest some lettuce in the next couple weeks.

I Did Create a Fish Camp Shoots and Micros Mix because we have had a request from a customer to be able to get the stuff to make their own salad like Fish Camp does. So Look for that. The summer mix is pretty much just Buckwheat shoots (with hulls sometimes) Pea Shoots, and Radish Microgreens. Fish camp adds this to lettuce the bring in from elsewhere during summer when it is impossible to grow outdoors locally.

If anyone wants Regular Chives, I have those as well as little chive seedlings available. If there is demand I can list them for you. Also available but not listed are Dill seedlings and curly Parsley seedlings.

The regular ordering window is now through Thursday 8am for Friday-Sunday pickup.

I may still be able to take orders after Thursday Morning but can’t guarantee availability of things as I may have already packed them for the Restaurants.
Ordering window is Monday Afternoon (or when I open it) through Thursday Morning and pick up will be Friday-Sunday by appointment until we expand more, Please indicate when you would like to pick up when you place your order.

Remember to tell me when you want to pick up! (and if I don’t reply to confirm within a day, bump my e-mail or text me 407-342-8515. Though I have cleaned up my e-mail so hopefully I won’t Miss Anyone.)

Sign in to order. https://yalaha.locallygrown.net/market

You have to sign in to see the add to cart button. Then set the number and click the add to cart button on the items you want to buy (it is the little picture right next to the quantity box.) Remember you need to check out before your order will be placed.
Remember to let me know when you want to pick up on Sat or maybe even Friday late afternoon or on Sunday. (If I don’t send you an e-mail confirmation of your order and pick up time, please make sure you checked out and completed your order.)

Champaign, OH:  Billing Questions

Hello, all!

Just a quick blog to let anyone who was a customer of the market, the past two weeks, you may have noticed a market charge come through under a different business name!

Mark runs two different operations with two different accounts, under the one Point Of Sale system. He had the one operation open for tax purposes, and forgot to switch it back to the shop operations, when I ran the market payments.

Sincere apologies for any anxiety it has caused!! All is switched over, now!

XOXO,
Cosmic Pam

Champaign, OH:  Market Order Morning!

Wake up, sleepy heads, and get those orders in!! The market closes for the week, at 8am, today!

I know it’s been a busy month coming off of a busy weekend. Is it just me, or does September get busier, every year?

Anyway…to ease your already busy load, why not make things easy, and order up all the local loveliness that this market has to offer!

I am absent from the market, this week, so the market will run with just your co-market manager, Mark! I am headed to Myrtle Beach to spend vacation time with my parents. My dad has been absent from helping at the market because this is always one of their long vacation times, there. It’s been so nice of everyone who has asked about his whereabouts!

Ok…get those orders in!!

XOXO,
Cosmic Pam

Reminder to get your orders in before the Online Market closes at 8 tonight!

We are officially welcoming Fall this week at the Farmer’s Market, if you can believe it. The leaves are changing where I am in Whitetop, the apples are literally everywhere and we are celebrating that with the revival of the Apple Festival this Friday from 9 to 1 at the Market. Come hang out with us while we press cider and taste test Apple Desserts to decide who is the Apple Master this year.

If you want to throw your favorite apple dessert into the ring, all entries must be in by 10 am, on a labeled plate. Judging happens at 10:30. First prize is $100, Second prize is $30 and third is $20. Then everyone will get a chance to purchase a piece of their favorite (or three) as a Market Fundraiser!

We hope to see y’all there.
