Champaign, OH: And, Just Like That...
Summer days drifted into fall like weather as we now have a definite chill to the air!
The night is crisp, the breeze is cool, the moon is a beautiful October crescent moon, and we look forward to ushering in this week’s market with you!
It’s a wonderful night for a moon dance…

Suwanee Whole Life Co-op: New Payment Option - Zelle
I’m offering a new payment option – Zelle! There is no fee to you or me to use this option. You may use starting this week!
You will need a mobile phone to use this payment method.
How to use:
Find Zelle in the mobile banking app of your bank or credit union. If you already have your banking app on your phone, there’s no download necessary. If your bank or credit union doesn’t offer Zelle yet, just download the Zelle app to get started.
Once you enroll, you can send money using my email address [email protected] or my mobile number 404-934-4644 to pay for your order. It’s super easy and fast – just enter the amount you want to send.
I prefer we do this like PayPal and send your money before pick up on Wednesday. Best to initiate payment right after you order so you don’t forget.
Starting Nov 5th, this will replace the Dwolla payment option. You may still use Dwolla until then if you would like.
For more info about Zelle click this link: https://www.zellepay.com/

PAYMENT:
We take checks, cash, DWOLLA, PayPal, and credit cards online. Credit cards can not be swiped at pick up location b/c there is no Wi-Fi.
To pay by credit card on file click “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the check out page. I don’t run credit cards until after pick up on Wednesdays.
If paying by DWOLLA, Zelle, or PayPal, please pay by Wednesday! I pay our vendors on your behalf before you pick up so I need all payments initiated by Wednesdays.

Old99Farm Market: Cider Day Sat Oct 13
We’re going ahead with the annual cider day for family and friends of Old99.
You can rsvp here, or by reply to this email.
we’re going to have good weather it looks promising. I plan to have the cider wagon set up in the yard. Additional ‘hands-on’ activities will be putting straw up in the barn loft, making biochar and rendering lard. I will also do my usual climate dialogue wit the latest news and developments.
In that regard I send you this link. I could send almost any link bu this one is fresh interviews with breaking science, deftly crafted by canadian Alex Smith from BC on his RadioEcoshock program. I hope you can listen and/or read the blog notes
Champaign, OH: Correction!

Champaign, OH: Coming Clean
Also…when the market opens, tonight, we see the return of Laura Miller of ELM Tree Essentials…her soaps and oils are market favorites!!
Here is a word from Laura:
Hello! We got really low on stock due to some big orders hitting at once! We went on vacation mode for a few weeks and hit the soap making hard! We are pleased to tell you that the first few batches of soap will be ready for this week’s market! Sweet Orange Clove, Tea Tree Lavender, and Pink Grapefruit are available now, and more of our scents will be added each week—including our Holiday ones—so be on the lookout!!! FYI, this will likely be our last batch of Pink Grapefruit, so if it’s your favorite get it while you can!!!
Champaign, OH: Werewolves Of London
I saw a werewolf drinking a piña colada at Trader Vic’s…
(One of my favorite lines from a song…and, perfect to add to our October Market Playlist…who will be the lucky winner of the cd?-Warren Zevon)
A HUGE thank you to all of you who placed orders, this week!! You are bringing such love, fun, and excitement back to the market, on your end, and I hope that we are bringing it back to you!!
Tonight, we have many customers, and much product. Your market managers will be onsite, handing out your orders, but we need to groove out of there, by 5:15ish, as we are kicking off a three day catering event, and tonight is night numero uno!! So, if you are at the Y, after we leave, your orders will be grouped together…look on the shelves, the fridge, and the freezer…but, we hope we get to see all of you before we leave!!
As always…thank you for being so amazing!!
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
