CLG:  Opening Bell: Mushrooms, Potatoes, Eggs, Cabbage!

Hello friends!

Where are in full swing produce wise. Lots of amazing zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, green beans, and more. Our growers have been working hard to put healthy food on our plates.

Be sure to SEARCH for your favorite items using the search field. For instance, type in the word “sale” or “pork” and see what pops up. We have over 400 items available now!

Most items are listed by 6pm Sunday, but check back again before the market closes Tuesday night to see if any other items are ready to be harvested for you! Eat fresh! Eat local! Eat for better health!

And save your eggshells throughout the week for the laying hens! :-)

In accordance with the current guidelines, we will not have more than 10 people in the lobby at any time. We have four volunteers who can bring your order to your car if you prefer, just call or text 501-339-1039.

The market is now OPEN for orders. Click here to start shopping: *https://conway.locallygrown.net/market

AVALON FARMS:

Cleaning garlic makes a mess, but it’s pleasant on the front porch.

Due to the storms today our Saturday farmers market venue was canceled. So we have an unexpected “day off”. The “day off” will give us the opportunity to work on cleaning and storing our onions and garlic. Then there are tomatoes to cook down. Jalapenos, cucumbers and squash to turn into pickles. “Day off” is a euphemism for “trying to do things you usually don’t have time for.”

Stay safe out there.

We thank you for your interest and support of our efforts to bring you the healthiest, the freshest and the most delicious locally-produced foods possible!

Champaign, OH:  Champaign Berry!

Tis the season, and we welcome the raspberry season!
