The Cumming Harvest - Closed:  Deep Dive into Meals by Grace

Last month, I mentioned that proceeds from the Cumming Harvest Market go to support Meals by Grace. Today we take a deeper look at how this ministry is helping to feed hungry children in North Georgia.

Mission Statement:
Meals by Grace believes all children have the right to live their lives free from the fear, the pain, and the insecurity of hunger. We believe every community can provide abundant resources for its children; by community, for community.

In addition to home delivery on the weekends, Meals by Grace runs a client-choice pantry every Wednesday for Forsyth County residents in need of food. Next time you come to the market to pick up your market order, take a peek into the pantry! We welcome you to sign up on our website to volunteer and serve with us: mealsbygrace.org

Our address is: 3540 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming 30041 (behind Hollywood Feed). Please be sure to come to the new address this weekend.

As a reminder the market is open from Wednesday morning through Thursday at 8pm for orders. All orders must be picked up on Saturday from 10am until 12pm noon. Please be respectful of our volunteers’ time and plan to pick up early and not right before noon.

Looking ahead, the market will be closed for Labor Day weekend (Sept. 4th).

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Thanks,
Angie Breindl
