Champaign, OH: Important Market Weather Message!
Happy Monday afternoon, lovely local market customers!
I’m coming to you with an update, concerning the incoming weather slated to hit on market day, and into the weekend…
After conversing with your other market manager, Mark, and assessing the incoming weather that will be happening on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
You know that we will work the market in any weather. We do it in rain, wind, snow, freezing cold, heat…but the weather that they are predicting is not good, not safe, and I don’t want vendors worried about getting product to the market, and I don’t want customers trying to be on the road. And, from the look of things, Friday and Saturday are not looking good, so that eliminates trying to run a pick up on those days.
SO…we have decided to not have a market pick up, this week. BUT, we are not going to cancel all of the orders because it’s already a huge market. Instead, all orders will remain, but instead of me closing out the market, tomorrow morning, we will extend closing it, until next Tuesday. So, the market will just remain open, taking more orders, with closing out, Feb. 8 with pick up on Feb. 10. If you already placed an order, your order will remain for next week. If you have not yet ordered, you have an additional week to order. If you need to cancel your order if next week is not an option, I can do that for you, if you email me!
Thank you for understanding…it’s just too risky on all levels. We want to keep all of you, in this little market family, safe, and off the roads.
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
Siloam Springs, AR: Online Market Closed This Week
The Online Market will remain closed this week in an abundance of caution with the winter storm that’s brewing.
This possible winter weather would greatly affect the availability of our greens and other products, as well as the safety of our farmers and vendors.
We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll see you next week!
Lathemtown Farm Fresh Market: This Week at the Market
Good morning from the farm. We’ve got warm and hearty soups to keep you warm this week. Not much going on in the gardens, but the incubators are being loaded today for a February hatch, and seed trays are going under lights for microgreens. Dreaming of spring!!!!!
Have a great week,
Farmher Chef Amy
Champaign, OH: Long Monday
Like a honey bee
Buzzin’ ’round a glass of sweet Chablis…
(John Prine)
What’s better than spinning a little John Prine, while sipping coffee, on this chilly but sunshine filled Monday morning?
And, yes…here we are, another Monday morning, and I just checked the market orders! You guys are showing the market and vendors some super love, and we still have until tomorrow morning, at 8am, to get those orders in!!
The market has so much to offer. Each vendor, with something all their own, but all products mingling so well, together. Just like the lyrics to an old song…you need all the melody, the harmony, and sweet notes, to make it all come together…
Go ahead, write your own tune with your market orders…
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam

Fayetteville Farmers' Market: Online Orders OPEN at 6 PM Tonight
Online Orders will OPEN at 6 pm! Close at 6am on Wed morning. Drive by pick up Thurs Feb 3 from 4:30-6:00 PM.
Thanks for supporting your local farmers and makers by ordering online.
Yes it’s winter and February is almost here. Even for good hoophouses and well managed chickens this is a low time for fresh produce and eggs. But watch the market—the low time does not last too long.
However, still available this week: bok choi, cilantro, lemongrass, sweet potatoes (orange, purple or white), and turnips. Good selection of meats and cheeses.
Our bakers have great variety right now—including a good selection of gluten free choices, sweet treats for your sweetie, granolas galore, breads and other goodies to suit every taste.
Apples are back as well as locally frozen peaches and cider.
Valentine’s Day soon—don’t forget about our craft folks who sell online. Cards, art prints, wooden crafts, soaps, personal care items, sewn crafts and more.
BUYING TIP: If you see produce that you want but not much available, order and pay and then log back in and continue shopping.
PICKUP TIME:
4:30pm to 6:00 pm on THURSDAY.
Order at:
https://fayettevillearkansas.locallygrown.net/market.
SNAP CUSTOMERS ONLY: you may choose pay at pickup and bring your EBT card on Thursday. We will swipe and match as usual. NOTE: we CANNOT accept tokens or match cards during pickup at the online market.
New customers and orders always welcome—no minimum order required.
TIPS:
1) Produce sellers sometimes add more products later in the ordering period, so be sure to check back. The product list changes each week, even from the same seller, so it’s worth exploring the categories you are interested in.
2) Multiple orders from you will be combined into one order before pickup and you will only be charged once.
PICKUP LOCATION:
The OUTDOOR parking area at the south end of the new part of the Fayetteville Public Library.
Thank you for your continued support of the online market.
