Connie's Cornucopia:  NEW Vendor - VJ Nature Photography

Please welcome our new Artisan, VJ Nature Photography, to Connie’s Cornucopia Farmer’s Market.
Veronique Taylor-Nesbitt has been a nature lover since she was a young child and has a fascination with observing and learning about the natural world and has continued to grow since then!

It wasn’t until just over the last few years that she really discovered her passion for nature photography. When she is outside with her camera in hand, she can easily lose track of time observing and trying to capture the beauty, wonder, and serenity of the natural world that surrounds her.

In early 2023, she began selling prints of some of her favorite images through her new business.
Check out her listings, you will be sure to enjoy!

Lathemtown Farm Fresh Market:  Happy Spring!!!

Today marks the vernal equinox – SPRING! Now that it is official, I am really hoping it warms up! We still follow the rule of no planting before Easter no matter how tempting it is! Good thing because these freezing nights have been harsh!
The greenhouse is thriving, and we have trays of microgreens ready to harvest. They are a mix of veggie seeds and super nutritious, and a crunchy addition to eggs, sandwiches, or anywhere you want to add a little zest. There’s also a couple mini bags of arugula available.
We’ve added the Easter Lamb Cake for you to see. You can either preorder now or wait until the week before Easter. They will be for pickup on the usual Saturday 4/8. If you need an earlier pickup in the week, I would suggest preordering so I can plan on the earlier orders.
Have a great week!
