Champaign, OH: Summertime Blues
Well, there ain’t no cure for the summertime blues…
(Summertime Blues-The Who)
Actually, we DO have a cure for the summertime blues, the summertime heat, the summertime haze of wanting to do next to nothing, especially hitting the crowded big box stores for food shopping.
We have all of the options that you need for a summer week of laziness…things for grilling, snacking, spicing up, items to add to your meal plans, the goods if you choose to fire up your own ovens for baking…we’ve got so much of what you need to get you through these hazy days of summer.
I would love to see all of you, once again!! During the summer months, this little market seems to take a bit of a snooze while everyone is out having fun, going on vacations, and generally just putting the real world on hold.
Come back to us…come love us…come tell us all about your summer fun!!
I am finally done with my main summer event, Art Affair On The Square, so now I am back to become your Weblog nightmare…just kidding!! But, I am back, fully recharged, all hands on deck, ready to rock and roll the rest of this summer.
The market is open until 10pm, this evening!!
We do have vendors are vacation, and we do have crops slowly coming, due to the this whole no rain in Mother Nature’s plan, this season.
But, we DO have so much, and we WOULD love to see you!!
And…if you shop the market, pick up your order, and want to come help me celebrate my other business venture that I am involved with, along with your other market manager, Mark, from Oakview Farm Meats, you can leave the YMCA and head out to our ribbon cutting/open house/after hours bash for our combined venture…Hippie and the Farmer!! Still Cosmic, still Oakview, and together, we make up, Hippie and the Farmer!!
4:30-6:30…
Thank you, as always, for being part of this little local market of love…we love you for loving us!!
Peace, Love, Good Vibes…

Old99Farm Market: Old99 farm week of July 17 2016
More heat and no rain in sight. thankfully I got a head start on irrigation on the berry hill so the fruit is in good shape. This week I’ve installed drip lines in the front garden bringing water from the pond by gravity. That’s pretty cool I ’d say!
Can offer kale, chard, beet tops, onions, zuchinni, herbs, parsley, tomatoes, eggplant, arugula raspberries, gooseberries (order in the comments section) and currants. The garlic crop is harvested and will be available for sale starting this week
Eggs are plentiful.
Healthy eating
