The new address is: 3540 Keith Bridge Road, Cumming 30041

We’re working on a big batch of confit duck wings as well, which makes a delicious and easy dinner alongside some of the great summer vegetables that you’re picking up at the market.

Champaign, OH:  Time, Time, Time....

Has everyone looked at the time?

It is now 7:30, and the market will be closing for weekly orders at 8am…you don’t want to be late…

Here’s to hoping you have a lovely Tuesday! The weekend just blew by, so quickly, and even more so, for me, because I had a quick visit from my daughter!

It’s hard to believe that her wedding is now just months away, and soon she will be visiting as a married gal.

Time gets away, and it seems like just in the blink of an eye, we were enjoying lazy summer days at the pool. Her little blonde self, running around, splashing in the kiddie pool, with my watchful presence, always there.

And, here we are…she needs me, but not in the same way, and time marches on, ready to take us into the next chapters…

Statesboro Market2Go:  Order Before 10pm Tuesday!

Remember to place your order before 10pm Tuesday!
Wondering what ways you can make use of local, seasonal produce?
We’ve got:

  • Tomatoes
  • Eggplants
  • Green Onions
  • Yellow Squash
  • Zucchini
  • Figs
  • Bell Peppers
  • Basil
  • Cucumbers
  • Sweet Onions
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • And more!

So consider checking out:

  • Peperonata, a spicy & tender Italian recipe that uses peppers, tomatoes, garlic, basil, and can be customized to incorporate other veggies to suit your tastes.
  • Savory Squash Pancakes, that can be made with either squash or zucchini. These work well on their own as a savory breakfast, or as a side to a meatier meal.
  • Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, that blends the flavors of tomatoes, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs to create a cozy bowl of goodness. Pairs well with fresh bread or some tasty local cheese straws.
  • And finally, Cheese-Stuffed Figs Dipped in Chocolate for a luscious dessert! (Don’t worry, they’re an elegant dish, but the recipe for them isn’t a complex one).
