Greg of Heritage Farm has some great Specials this week! Be sure and check them out on the first page of Market offerings!
Bulk Chicken Pack is now available for Pre-order. This is a 50# package of whole chickens! Some of you asked for this going into last winter. Greg has made it happen for us, so be sure and get your orders in! Since this amount may be a bit much for some, there will be sign-up sheets at Market this week to share a package. We will only be doing 1/2 splits! The cost will be $125.00 for 25#’s of whole chickens! Heritage Farm has their own Market as well as being part of several traditional Farmers Markets. There are a limited number available! Be sure and take advantage of this great opportunity!
Also, Greg has listed Ginger Gold Apples! We had these last year and they are wonderful. Crisp and not as tangy as Granny Smith! They are local, un-sprayed and from a Farmer Greg knows and trusts! Delicious!
Karen and Jeff of Udderly Cool Dairy do have Cheese listed on the Market this week. Again, these fine folks have to travel quite a distance to deliver to our Market. Orders that were place last week and orders placed this week will be at Market on Thursday! We will be going to an every 3rd week schedule, so be sure and order this week! The next delivery will be September 15th.

Princeton Farm Fresh: The Market is Open
Thank you all for understanding last week. I really wanted to keep the market open but was struggling with the logistics.
Miss Hannah is now at college, and I am learning to do things without her. The boys (all of them inclduing the husband) are really missing her cooking, organization, and her peace making skills. I, as a mom, am struggling with not having my girl and confidant. On the farm I am missing her planting skills and willingness to interpret my crazy ideas to the boys.
Hannah is doing well and has found like minded folks who love to grow veggies in the sustainable way. She has already met someone that has high tunnels and is loving being able to talk “farm” to others who know what she has been doing for the last 5 years.
We will be at the traditional farmers market this week from 4-6pm.
I look forward to seeing you all this week,
Angela
