Market News
Finding the best words to remember a day full of traumatic and intense emotion is difficult. Cheap sentiment never does any justice. So we will remember in our hearts and minds and the sharing of stories. We do remember 9/11, pray over effects that rippled from this day.
I am certain we are all thankful for this more than just needed rain. This year has certainly been a challenge to raise crops and nurture livestock!
This week Seeds of Success will be away on vacation but returns next week.

CLG: Opening Bell: Steaks, Honey, Apples, Mushrooms!
Good afternoon!
What a great variety of produce coming in from the fields and gardens! It’s still warm enough for cucumbers, zucchini, and okra, but some winter squash are also becoming available. And how about some green beans from Kellogg Valley Farm! Get it all while you still can. It’s OK to be greedy! Have something local at every meal this week!
Most items are listed by 6pm Sunday, but check back again before the market closes Tuesday night to see if any other items are ready to be harvested for you! Eat fresh! Eat local! Eat for better health!
Check out over 625 wonderful items listed right now. See you on Friday!
Come early on Friday for the best selection from the EXTRAS table. And save your eggshells throughout the week for the laying hens! :-)
The market is now OPEN for orders.
Please check your email about 5 minutes after you place your order to make sure you get an order confirmation. Thank you for being a valuable part of CLG!
Have a great week!

Tullahoma Locally Grown: Tullahoma Market OPEN on 9/10/2016
Good evening.
YOUR MARKET IS CURRENTLY OPEN.
Now is a great time to order meat for your weekend cookouts and other items you need for the week. You can order eggs, milk, vegetables, herbs, meat, freshly roasted coffee, flowers, and more.
Remember when we announced that Thanksgiving Turkeys are available for pre-order from Fountain Springs Farm? Well, there is a limited amount available, so the sooner you place your order, the better. You will find “Turkey Deposit” listed in the Meat/Turkey category. Be sure to indicate your desired weight between 14-22 lbs when you place your order.
In November, you will receive a turkey close to the weight you requested and pay the balance based on $3.75 per pound. This is a whole turkey with giblets. Do not worry, we will send reminders closer to November so you do not buy a frozen turkey.
Your local market closes at noon on Wednesday. Order now before your favorite items run out.

Spa City Local Farm Market Co-op: The market is now open for ordering
The market is now open for ordering
The Spa City Co-op market is now open for ordering at spacity.locallygrown.net.
Please place your orders before Tuesday at 9 pm, and plan to pick up your orders at Emergent Arts on Friday September 16th from 3PM to 5:00PM, the earlier the better. If you’re unable to pick up your order at this time please make arrangements to have your order picked up for you.
Don’t forget – this market has no paid positions, so we NEED VOLUNTEERS to run every market. It’s fun, you get a $5 gift card, and you learn so much about local foods in Arkansas.
Have a great week and see you on Friday!
