Many dreams come true, and some have silver linings
I live for my dream, and a pocket full of gold…
(Led Zeppelin)
Good morning, lovely market customers…
This song has one of my favorite lyrics in it, and, it was playing in my car, the other day, and I just had to turn it up, and let myself drift back to summers of the late 70s, this song blaring, and nothing to do but cruise around with friends, get into innocent fun, and a bit of fun trouble, and just feel the freedom…
Anyway, I wanted to thank you for making another week of awesome orders, and I look forward to seeing all of you, tomorrow, between 4pm-6pm!
Champaign Berry will be there selling their sweet corn and sunflowers! Bring cash or card, and take advantage of our own local pot of gold…the gold of sweet corn and sunflowers!
No time slots, tomorrow!! Let the fun begin!
If you need a Friday pick up, please alert me! If your credit cards/debit cards have expired, give me your updated info! If you are a new customer, you can call me with payment information, OR you can pay by checks made out to Oakview Farm Meats, or exact cash/change in a ziplock bag with your name!!
See all of your groovy faces, tomorrow…
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam
The Cumming Harvest - Closed: Weblog Entry
Good morning everyone,
Now is the perfect time to stock up on all veggies and produce. It’s hot outside and so the veggies are growing. Now it’s also a great time to tell your family and friends about the Cumming Harvest and spread the news. Just a few announcements this week.
This week we will be training a new Cumming Harvest employee. So please be patient with us this week as she is learning. But we are so excited to have a new assistant manager.
And remember the market hours are from 10 AM until 12 noon sharp.
As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

In addition the whole stand is bursting full of almost everything. Can you use some of this? I am open to taking offers. Sale prices on big cantaloupe are $2.50 each retail or $2 each wholesale (10 +) Cabbage $15 per bushel, Sweet corn $15 per 5 dozen bag, yellow beans $15 per half bushel. Daniel

Market News
We are in a time of transition, as summer begins to fade into autumn. Several of our vendors are out this week, so we encourage you to order early before things run out.
Please remember as you order that per the POA’s instructions, we cannot leave your food unattended. If you need us to deliver to your neighbor or slip your order inside your house, please be sure to tell us in the comments so we can make sure your order gets to you safely!
If you have other suggestion about how we can continue to make deliveries without being able to leave products unattended, we’d love to hear them. We’re still developing the best ways to get your orders to you, and we welcome any of your ideas.
As always, if you enjoy being a member of Big Canoe Harvest, tell your friends! The more the market grows, the more additional vendors and products we’ll be able to include. As always, your feedback help shapes the market. Let us know what you think about the Big Canoe Harvest products.
Have a wonderful week, and we’ll see you Saturday!

Grumpy Goat: Weblog Entry
Yup… late at opening again! I just wanted to keep everyone guessing at what amazing goodies we’d have this week.
The only addition to the market this week is Cilantro. Besides that the edamame and green beans continue to produce, and it looks like the sweet corn is almost ready!
Thanks for sticking with us, even with our delayed opening!
