Due to a seasonal obligation, for the next few weeks we are only having one pickup day on Monday evening. All orders must be placed by 8AM on Sunday morning. Thanks!
Republican Valley Produce: We didn't blow away!
Hello,
The market is open.
With all the wind yesterday, I am happy to report we didn’t blow away. We had a few minor things to fix, but nothing out of the ordinary. I am glad it calmed down Wednesday night.
We are planning deliveries to Clay Center on Tuesday November 17th and we will deliver to Manhattan at the Winter Farmers Market on November 21st.
Just an FYI, here is the delivery schedule for the rest of November and the first week of December.
Clay Center deliveries: November 17, 24 and December 1st
Manhattan Deliveries, November 21(winter market), 25th and December December 5th(winter market).
This will be the last week for tomatoes.
We have lots of wonderful produce and hope you can find something that you like.

Gwinnett Locally Grown: The market is NOW OPEN!
The market’s open until Monday at noon! Click here to order now!
Beef. It’s what’s for dinner.
Our beef is supplied by Wagon Wheel Ranch.
From the farmer:
“I grow grass fed, grass finished, hormone free, antibiotic free, Black Angus cross beef available as a whole cow delivered to the processor or as individual cuts that are vacuum packed and flash frozen. Our farm and processor is Animal Welfare Approved; we are inspected and audited yearly as members of the American Grassfed Association.
We love our cows and treat them humanely with respect and kindness. We cross purebred Santa Gertrudis cows (good mothers) with a purebred Hereford bull (gentle disposition & high yield carcass); their daughters (healthy, gentle, good mothers) are bred to a purebred Black Angus bull (tender quality meat cuts). The resulting calves are the ones we sell to you! This cross breeding system makes the cows and calves healthier and disease resistant. Our Black Angus bull was DNA tested for tenderness, ribeye size and 10 other genetic traits.
We use a sustainable pasture rotation system with natural shade and fresh water available at all times. High quality free choice hay or grass silage is fed during winter or drought conditions.”
We also have SUPER fun and informative workshops available, so don’t miss out!
The Market is open Thursday at 9am – Monday at noon.
After Monday at noon, ordering is disabled until Thursday morning.

UPDATE CONTACT With all the hustle and bustle of back-to-school and new routines, it’s easy to forget things like picking up your TCH order. Remember that we can’t keep your items past 12pm, and we’ll try contacting you any way we know how to make sure you get what you ordered. Now’s a great time to check the phone number on your account to make sure it’s a number I can reach you at 11:45am on a Saturday. I start calling everyone who hasn’t picked up yet then, and will keep trying to reach you until 12pm, when we have to pack it all up. I hate seeing people’s food go somewhere else, and having a good phone number on your account is the best way to keep that from happening.
