Stir Fried Bacon-Onion Garden Beans

Ingredients
1 lb
garden beans
1/2 package
bacon cut in half and sliced in strips
1 small
onion
1 pinch
kosher salt
1 pinch
cracked black pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat and cook bacon to almost crispy.
- Add garden beans to skillet, stirring frequently.
- Add onion to skillet, cook till onions are translucent. Beans should still be somewhat crunchy.
- Sprinkle salt over beans in skillet and stir. Crack black peppercorns over skillet, toss and serve.
