Fresh Corriander(Cilantro) Chutney (Dhanya Chatni)

Serves: 2 cups
Vegan!

Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 pound fresh cilantro leaves and stems chopped
1/4 cup shred coconut (packaged or fresh)
1/4 cup onions chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger finely grated
2 teaspoons hot red or green chilli (can be optional)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Puree the ingredients and serve. May be stored in fridge for up to one week.
