White Bean Turnip Soup

Ingredients
1 bag
dried white beans, navy or canelli
1
bay leaf
1 bunch
cilantro, parsley, oregano
1
onion chopped
garlic
2 qts
stock - chicken or turkey
3 cups
chopped turnips
1 can
tomatoes
Step by Step Instructions
- cook beans in stock with onion, garlic and tomatoes and til tender, add water if needed. add herbs, bring to a boil. simmer 20 minutes, add greens, cook til greens are tender, enjoy with cornbread
