How to prepare a Sirloin Tip Roast

Serves: depending on roast size
Ingredients
1/2 C.
Soy Sauce
1/4 C.
Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tlb.
Garlic / minced
1 tsp.
Garlic powder
1/4 C.
Olive oil
Salt / Pepper to taste
extras/ a sprig of Thyme, 3-4 basil leaves
baking foil or baking bag
Step by Step Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor blend well.
- Place roast on foil or in baking bag, pour marinade over roast. Seal or cover and place in refrigerator at least 6 hours or over night.
- Heat oven to 300 degrees. Cook roast for 25 minutes. Check internal temp. 130°F to 140°F for medium rare/ 145°F to 150°F for medium/ 155°F to 165°F for well done. Check every 10 minutes till desired temp.
- Remove from oven let rest at leat 10 minutes before carving
