Ingredients
2/3 cup
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Celery seeds
4 cups
Shredded green cabbage
2 cups
Shredded red cabbage
2 medium sized
Carrots (shredded)
1 1/2 cups
Diced cucumbers
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds together in a large bowl.
- Add both types of shredded cabbage, the shredded carrots, and the diced cucumbers to the bowl and stir everything together.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve.
