Spiced Persimmon Smoothie

Vegan!

Ingredients
2 Ripe fuyu persimmons
1 Banana (frozen)
1 cup Nut milk of choice
1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 Thin persimmon slice (for garnish)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash the persimmons, then remove & discard the stems. Cut the persimmons into slices.
  2. Put all of the ingredients except for the garnish into a high-powered blender and blend for 1 minute
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and, if desired, garnish the glass with a slice of persimmon.
