Grilled Corn on the Cob

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
4 ears Corn
1 tablespoon Olive oil (if grilling directly)
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Additional customization ideas include:
Spicy seasonings
Sliced jalapeno pepper
Garlic butter
Fresh basil
Honey
Honey butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
Cinnamon butter
Chives

Step by Step Instructions
  1. TO GRILL IN HUSKS: Peel back the husks gently, remove the corn silks and wrap the husks back around the cobs. Place all of the corn into a large bowl of water and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, remove the corn from the water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes turning occasionally.
  2. TO GRILL DIRECTLY: Preheat grill to medium heat, remove the husks and silks from the cobs, brush the cobs with olive oil, then cook them directly on the grill for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally.
  3. Remove the corn from the grill (if cooking in husks, remove the husks), then season as desired and enjoy.
