Ingredients

Bone-in pork loin chops
1/2 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cup
Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup
Honey
3
Green onions (chopped)
2 cloves
Garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon
Minced fresh rosemary
1/8 teaspoon
Salt
1/8 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 cup
Butter (cubed)
Step by Step Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Heat the oil over medium heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Set the chops aside (keep them warm)
- Whisk all of the "glaze" ingredients together in the skillet the pork chops were cooked in
- Bring the glaze to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and whisk in the butter.
- Serve the pork chops with the glaze.
