Ingredients
1/4 cup
Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
Brown sugar
1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
1/2 cup
Strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup
Blueberries
1/2 cup
Raspberries
Or substitute other berries of your choice
1 sprig
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Yogurt (for serving, optional)
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisk the vinegar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
- Put the berries into a second bowl, then pour the vinegar mixture over them. Let the berries sit and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate the berries for later or eat them immediately. Enjoy them by themselves or with yogurt.
