Customizable Fruit & Microgreen Smoothies

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 cup Milk of your choice
OR juice
1 large handful of Microgreens (any kind you like!)
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Fruit or fruits of your choice
2 teaspoons Flaxseed
1/4 cup Shredded coconut
2 tablespoons Honey (optional)
Some fruit suggestions include:
Berries
Peaches
Melons
Citruses
Plums
Figs
Pears
Persimmons
Mangoes
Apricots
Cherries (pits removed!)
Cantaloupe

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie reaches a desirable consistency
  2. Pour and enjoy!
