Mint Chutney

Serves: 2/3 cup
Vegan!

Ingredients
2 cups Fresh cilantro leaves (stems removed)
1 cup Fresh mint leaves (stems removed)
3 or 4 Whole green chile peppers
3 cloves Garlic (halved)
Juice from 1 lemon
OR lime
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 or 2 tablespoons Water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place everything but the water into a blender and blend until smooth. Blend in water until the mixture reaches the consistency you desire.
